EXT, Inc. thermoforms parts for customers in a wide variety of industries who manufacture everything from surgical lights, to high-end displays, to medical components. We specialize in high volume and larger parts.

At times our customers require complete sub-assemblies. We are happy to provide additional fabrication and assembly services.

With our in-house sheet extrusion capabilities we control a major determining factor in the quality and delivery of your finished thermoformed parts. Though we do not extrude polycarbonate, PETG or vinyl we form many products from these materials, as well.

Quality checks are performed and documented throughout the manufacturing process; from material receipt, to finished sheet, to finished formed part.

We can create products from your company's designs or completely design products for you. We always welcome the opportunity to work with our customers early in the design process to maxamize design efforts and efficiency by coordinating your firm's product requirements with our engineers' knowledge of the thermoforming process.
