Our pallets are primarily used in returnable packaging systems, for export applications and also in the food industry where wash-ability is a requirement.

The advantage of thermoformed containers versus injection molded containers is that they are simply more durable, and can withstand heavy usage over time and in temperature extremes. Injection molded containers tend to crack, under stress, along the seams where the molten plastic meets during the injection molding process.

Our assembly / conveyor trays are in use at computer assembly plants worldwide. These trays can be made to varying degrees of surface resistivity, including conductive and anti-stat, depending on your particular needs.
